it's about 50 degrees and sunny in madison today. we took advantage of the weather by reinstalling the gutter and downspouts on the front of the house. we'll have to get some scaffolding or something to do the ones in the back...
mike is heavy into his marathon training -- he's about half way there. he ran ~17 miles yesterday. i'm not sure how far he has to run today.
i'm playing indoor soccer one night a week. i didn't know anyone who had a team, so i signed up as a free agent and was lucky to end up on a team that has stayed together through a couple of sessions now and hopes to continue to do so. come april, we will be playing twice a week, once indoors and once out. this summer i hope to teach mike how to play. he has come to most of my indoor games and likes watching / would like to learn to play.
max is doing well and sassy as ever. with the warmer weather, we've been able to tie him out in the yard a couple of times. he always seems to enjoy that.
