This just in from our DTS Staff:

So we have some exciting news! Part of the DTS lecture phase will be in our base located just outside of Panama City, part of it will be in Costa Rica at the San Jose base and at the Talamanca base, and part of it will be in Bastimentos Island in the Caribbean of Panama, Bocas Del Toro! And that is only the lecture phase, so you will really get a chance to see Panama and Costa Rica!

The reasons for all of this travel is many. Just two weeks after the DTS starts YWAM is celebrating it's 50th anniversary in San Jose Costa Rica along with all of the other YWAM staff and members in Central America. Our founders Loren and Darlene Cunningham will be present. It will be a time to reminisce all the God has done in the last 50 years and look forward to what is yet to come in the next 50.

Following that week we will be going to the jungles of Talamanca Costa Rica for a week of adventure and team building.

And a week after that we will be spending 6 weeks in the Island of Bastimentos where YWAMers Kim and Dale are pioneering a base. Our teachers will come to these locations do the classes. Your DTS will be key in creating interest into this area of Panama as well as pave the way for future DTS's to be run at that base.

We will finish the lecture phase with two more weeks in Panama City before the outreach.

This is a special opportunity that has not happened before any of our past DTS's.

We are truly excited about all that God is going to do in and through your DTS.

Many Blessings,

YWAM Staff
